According to sgwiki,
1. Service 60 is reintroduced in Nov 2002, when 226 and 385 merged
and renumbered. It becomes a loop service between Bedok and Eunos
Interchange.
On 07 Nov 2004, it is enhanced to ply the branch of Bedok Reservoir
Rd roundabout where white plates and red plates are being put for
this service.
2. Service 3 was reintroduced back as the combination of service
294 and 357 then, plying from Tampines to Pasir Ris St 71 (loop).
It was extended to Punggol Ctrl (loop). After that, it was was
further extended to Punggol temp int.
