Today, there was massive jam at Eunos Link all the way to PIE @
Eunos due to road works just before the PIE entrance. Many buses
from Bedok had to downroute after reaching Bedok INT (e.g. 87 and
854). In particular, 854 had very irregular frequency, with as many
as 3 buses coming in at one go and as long as 20 mins wait for 1
bus.
