Of course LTA will inform the bus operators. The problem
is in passing the information from the operators to their own
staff. You must understand that the bus companies don't have
a morning assembly for all their drivers every day. The most
efficient way of disseminating information is through circulars,
but
- Not all drivers may pay attention to what's on the notice
board
- Even if they do, it is difficult to react when they actually
see the road for the first time.
