Maybe service like 800 bendies after PM peak hours can crossover
to 855 in exchange for rigids?22-24 buses for 855 is too much,maybe
19 buses will do
Actually give 855 perm bendies (on S1 or S2) should do. No
need for some messy crossovers here and there. 800 has 4 fullday
and 1 extended S2 shift(s)... And I find it a bit hard for 800
buses to crossover to 855 even after PM peak because once the
800S201 bus ends shift the load increases again...
I would say its a no-no for any crossovers from any of the
Yishun feeders. By compromising the buses in exchange for lesser
load on 855, it increases the waiting time at Yishun feeders where
the bulk of the passengers lie. So I would say, unless AMDEP uses
SBST's way of doing fleet addition then crossover (like the 128
ones), if not 855 should get bendies as perm splitters.
