I wonder if it's the same BC driving... today the guy on 811 when I boarded the UD to check duty code, he was rather old, around 55+, Chinese. Kept humming Chinese opera tunes while driving his UD... at an avg of 15km/h around Yishun Ring Road. =.="

Bus in front lambat (436J) and he was early. So he was driving like nobody's business while humming old tunes. Lol! Seems like a standby to me, never seen this BC before.

saw it today (Off svc) at PIE near jrg town hall exit twrds Tuas at 9.20am behind SBS9257T, which is also Off Svc.

saw it again on off svc at 5.50pm. This time, at commonwealth Ave west twrds clementi MRT. 10 mins later, ben sms me saying it's on 183. So, i guess 8030L must have started 183 at the clementi MRT bus-stop =)
