TIB967T, TIB725A, TIB541M and TIB638T used to rotate every week
, meaning each bus will do one 922 shift per month for one week.
But now i've seen TIB638T on 922 all the way for almost 3 weeks
already, no rotation. Instead, its the drivers who rotate.
900 had already been doing this for the past month. Drivers
rotating but not the buses. 900 using TIB904A, 999B, 1181L,1183G
and 1245L. 901 using 1025E (recent x-fer), 1049L, 1222C.
But now pretty unsure liao. For yesterday and today 1222C
and 1025E seen on 900. 1222C with ex perm driver
