1 bus to mrt station in my town
minimum 15 minutes to mrt station/int. maximum 40 minutes.
no nightriders, no premiums (one smrt one coming soon...), no
chinatown direct, no cityshopper, no bus svcs after midnight (last
bus from the nearest int ends at 11.30pm). nearest NR is 2.4km
away.
dun think anyone can get better :D.

think must include our valuation of our house too. certainly,
accessibility plays a part in cost of housing.
