eh Hope SBS9196K not perm sv196 as ZYX wanted as passengers during
evening peak cannot board coz nt enough space to move in, already
have pax not movin in for B9s for sv196 liao 
Can list SBS9225K as sv196 PERM
Add 2 buses for morning, evening peak fr any svc fr BNDEP[1 bus],
BBDEP[1 bus] x-over, PERMANENT arrangement.
