just that SBST can have improvement on its side EDS. we have to wait for a little while, so, be patient yeah?

However I noticed the Scania is slower than other buses. Before this new bus was introduced, when I took Svc 100, 90% of the time I could reach my office in time. however after it was introduced, I was late 90%.

on the first day of service, all the bc driving the scanias were late.
and most of them them like drove it once.
so, it'll take time for them to adjust themself upon driving the new bus.

Took my 1st ride today and the bus was quite fast Mr. Green (SBS 8041 E). I boarded it at Anson Road today after waiting rather long for it(2 other 100s passed by before it). The bus was rather packed at 1st but after it reached Beach Rd, the whole bus only left with me and another passenger When the bus reached Upp Sgoon Rd, it caught up with the previous bus (SBS 2818 X) and managed to cut pass it and it arrived at Sgoon Int about 2 mins before 2818X. However this is only my first trip so i cant really jump to any conclusions Wink

The service number at the front EDS seems squished together. I cannot see the numbers clearly from far! Shocked

I took this bus today too! I felt the travelling speed was quite fast but the travelling time, even slower than the strider I took on sunday.

i took the new scania bus on 174, the seat very the hard, from orchard to bnl cannot tahan, butt pain one. the dd better, seat not so hard.

Aiyo,The EDS seems ok to me mah except the front.The only thing i dun like there are only few seats in front and the steps at the rear

BOON LAY 174 (That is it) , instead of 2 lines, 1 line for the destination.

To New bridge Road :

New Bridge Road 174

Did any of you guys realise what type of EDS are they using?

Well, for me: The Scania that i'm on (SBS8038R) left Serangoon at 5:25 pm and reached Ghim Moh at around 6:50 pm = 85 mins on 2nd Nov 07

There's a small jam along Beach Road and there's tons of pax. near Alexandra and PSA building that boarded the bus till full capacity to Commonwealth MRT Station

And this bus got a kneeling feature and Cruise Control
