There's current fleet of LO3x on 174 alrdy 
anyway there are some bus svs packed like siao till ppl have
problem alighting & jamming up the bus lane still SBS can't be
bothered to deploy ADD
Not enough DD during the evening peak hours to handle the
loading. Not like svc 74 which are having a very good
frequency.
Actually I felt that, even if SBS deploy DD for the service
but if they only put one or two that doesn't not make any
difference. A good example would svc 185 during the morning peak
hours.
