3650E is perm BNDEP 45 which plies AMDEP and Upper East Coast. So it's possible for it to enter and exit AMDEP.

read again. it stalled en route to st mikes at 7+am.

malcolm deduced based on the time it left amdep to be on 20S but based on 566117 spotting of it on 124, it probably didnt manage to do 186 in the end.

I noticed that TIB839E has a UK Lance front desto frame/cover/glass assembly instead of the original Elbo one. Was it like that since a long time ago?

Since last year. Have an old photo of it with the Lance front new new.
