sticky threads means its put on top of the others, while the
normal ones are put below the "sticky" ones.. highlighting the
importance of the topic, or topics not intended to be expired in
the long run. 
why its called "sticky" is a mystery to me since, unless it means
"sticking" at the top of the page..
