Service 857 has been with WLDEP ever since 14 Jan 2001. So I
believe it could be arrangement of TIBS back then. Sometimes I see
service 964 bendies on service 960. Think the permers are idling in
depot. The 964 bendies could also be on 969.
14 Jan 2001, that was also the day when major redeployments took
place also for other bus services:-
Service 167 from full WLDEP to become partial AMDEP/WLDEP
Service 851 from full WLDEP to become partial AMDEP/WLDEP,
eventually became full AMDEP in March that year
Service 852 from full AMDEP to become partial AMDEP/KJDEP
Service 859 from full AMDEP to become full WLDEP
Service 980 from full AMDEP to become partial AMDEP/WLDEP
Service 857 was introduced on the same day and came under full
WLDEP. Some Mercs were previously from service 851 under WLDEP.
