Is there an error on pg 297 (Sv 174) stating SeasonPass and
concessionary travel are not applicable? It shld be Sv 174e ba
although it had been stated on Sv 174e le.

I cannot use SP and BCP on 174 (they copied the lines from
174e)
More footnotes than in previous years, timings seemed to be
updated as well (except some). Good work.
