Adding on, I suspect HGDEP used to be located in Simpang Bedok, hence the 2*** rego series buses found there.

I am inclined to say 7 & 33 were HGDEP because they were under the old Bedok Depot.

9 & 197 were HGDEP because they once terminated @ Geylang Fringe.

i think what u mean is the Bedok depot buses were shifted to hougang as an entire batching.

there existed two bedok depots in 1980s

a BEDOK DEPOT with code BEDEp

and this BEDOK NORTH DEPOT with code BNDEP

well Bedok depot was eventually ka boom and (machine sounds) and whats left is land for EXPo to build. also note that Somapah ter is rumored to be very very close to bedok depot

so that left us with Bedok north. there is a reason why, till today, we dun call that depot as bedok depot. For me the "north" is kept around as a sign of past things.

Adding on, I suspect Alexandra depot buses were moved to ARBP when the former closed down.

I still remember one site along Leng Kee Rd where DDs were built. I believe that was the old Alexandra Depot.

WLDEP remained as a workshop until 1995, while its fleet could have gone to BBDEP when it ceased to operate as a depot.

the fleet information from BIH indicated WLDEP.. today boarded this bus in 67

TIB495M is AMDEP , former WLDEP bus.

The fleet list from the old BIH is long outdated. You're adviced not to refer to that for current deployments.

The new fleet list is still being compiled, however, hampered by redeployments that are likely to occur following the new Scania K230s progressively put into service.

your questions are always misleading.

how do you know which bus was the FIRST to be fitted with skyliners? do note that alot of cameos and happenings that happen daily goes unreported in forums because no one spots them.

You are right.

Perhaps my explanation was not clear and I apologise for that. BIH is updating the SBS Transit list, but most probably will be uploaded only after the first 100 Scanias are out (at least).

BIH will also not provide any SMRT deployment list at this moment due to the dynamic nature of their deployments.

Then kena transferred to AMDEP around the time when TIB821E kena transfer to AMDEP.
Perm 67 AMDEP as it appeared in WRI as a cameo on Svc. 169 about a month ago
