It uses the leyland fully charged hydraulic type gearbox if im
not wrong , and also it uses Leyland TL11 engine
However, several units were fitted with Allison gearboxes in the
later stage of their lifespan
3554A (bram 28 then 157/refurb) had a Cummins LT11 engine
and an Allison gearbox towards the end of its lifespan.
