82 and 103 were given to TIBS as part of the "territorial"
expansion, when the NE area was planned to be under TIBS. However,
when SBS won the NEL tender, the Sengkang services were given back
to SBS, together with 82, 103, 820 and 821.
820 and 821 later became 378 and 379.
With this exchange, TIBS got in return Bt Batok, Bt Panjang and CCK
services.
