What will you like on the bus or what change do you want for a bus.

EDS change to LCD
LCD in the bus to show where is the bus
Driver seat have a computer (For CCTV and the other LCDs, ezlink card, know their time etc.)

more seat

i'd say to limit the amount of people on a bus. like buses in Hong kong. where only a certain amount of people is allowed on a bus.

This way, it prevents overcrowding and also is safer for everyone. But of course, if this were to be done, bus companies will have to add more buses.

LCD in the bus to show where is the bus ---> soon, it shld be coming soon Laughing the last trials were in the late 90's, nothing came out of it aft ppl complain waste money, now SMRT is having LED, while SBST's only LCD side EDS was not well received after trials on 2729U

wireless on the bus ---> nokia running 12, sbst sponsored service unlikely unless u willing to pay subscription if not it will be blamed for fare hikes. or third-party runs the wireless service.

more seat ---> less pax per bus u like?

Buses nowadays all have hydraulic powersteering already. So long engine is on, the ATF is circulated, the power steering is on.

depends how old are you talking about. Not those antiques. hydraulic power steering for buses have been around for many many years. All the buses I know in SBS or even SMRT has power steering.

You know how much strength to steer a bus without power steering? A small pick up without power steering is already very tiring. A double deck without power steering requires 2 men to turn the steering wheels and in soaking sweat.
