tintinspartan SG I'm interested to know what the numbers on the bus tickets mean? http://sbs591l.fotopic.net/p46091988.html Taken from bus555's fotopic
bus555 SG Erm for the first left is the bus rego, the second left, I dunno, the third left, is the service, the rest dunno but for the bottom (from left) is the time and the second left the PA, I dunno but the last one is the fare
TIB1049L SG I am using my own copy of my ticket so I shall type my example out: 0465 25SE 911 1A 11 2653 05:56 PA 90c 0465 = TIB465A (in other words it is the rego) 25SE = 25 September (also known as date) 911 = Svc. 911 (also known as service no.) 1A = Direction 1 11 = Bus Stop no. (or is it Stage no.?) 2653 = Serial No. 05:56 = Time PA = Price Adult. For children is just a C, but last time they used PC 90c = Price paid Used to have 2 more no. beside 90c. One is to show the amount deducted from the farecard (not sure though) and the amount left in the farecard. After the farecard was discontinued, the 2 side no. were gone because got no use at all
sBs_boy SG Could the Threadstarter please use the correct thread ? Theres already a Question Thread. I do not see theres a need for you to open up one new thread just to ask a question over here. Please, u are not new here.
gohby SG I dont think P is price. Some of my tickets still has PC. It means peak hrs! Last time during the farecard era, they had TPA, TPC, etc, the T means transfer.
brotherchen1982 SG 0465 = TIB465A (bus rego) 25SE = Date 911 = Service no 1A = Direction 1 11 = Fare Stage 2653 = Ticket Serial No. 05:56 = Time PA = Trip taken during Peak Hrs/Paid 90c = Fare paid
