Stop suspecting this and that. Perm means perm, cameo means
cameo.
The LOs in arbp are just cameoing on S14 S65, they are NOT perm.
Wanna know whether the buses are perm or not, check it out yourself
or check the duty roster of the service. If the LOs are cameoing on
S14 frequently doesn't mean it has to be suspected perm for S14.
Since you are a regular of S14 & S65, study the deployments,
which bus arrives after another, and you will know which buses will
be replaced by the SPs.
