if road closures along city hall area, you will have a big jam,
and it is very unrealistic, which is why, they are suggesting a
night race, either you never been in a huge jam before, but i doubt
you will understand the pain in getting home around 6 pm in a bus,
so please do bear in mind that, it is not practical to even close
the road for 2 weeks
