subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to

section, a person convicted of the offence shall be liable to a
fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 7 years or to both. [/b]
Sorry, but this case will probably be thrown out of a court. And
SG laws don't apply to overseas servers. We have to look at UK laws
instead.
a) The spammers have never interrupt or obstructed the lawful use
of a computer, unless they have hacked into another computer to
spam the forum.
b) Impedes? Maybe.
Prevents access? No.
Impairs the usefulness or effectiveness of any program or data
stored in a PC - Maybe.
Forums are always opened to spam. If enough precautions have been
taken yet spam happens, it can be considered. But at the moment...
I don't think so. The forum software is a bit old and has quite a
lot of vulnerabilities. We have seen a lot this year.
