Ok, 9113A confirmed with perm sticker.. It is perm. Unsure exact shift though.

9109M unsure. No perm sticker at all. Just "51" iin black marker on the wall.

Likely just a cameo. Was on 3864E's slot - 63S. Does 199 crossovers on both AM and PM peak.

376S is kicked out. 3786Y was in service, that's why I suspect 9109M was just a cameo. We'll see tomorrow.

BTW, 243 timetable is now Weekday 57, a jump from Weekday 53.

AM peak 243W has higher frequency, but PM peak 243G has higher frequency.
That means they favour those staying in the Street 81 area since those staying there only have 1 bus to BNL.

But anyway, they cannot even fill up the DDs though. PM peak was just all lower deck seats and upper deck half seats. Laughing And a bit of standing

242 is more desperate for DDs.

Is like LO3x on this service like I think wasted Laughing Should deploy VO2x for such a short distance.. Especially the buses with standing area.. I think Svc 243 needs that cos the passenger are not willing to move up as they are alighting shortly ..

Yeah, usually in PM peak, half the passengers would get off by Pioneer Mall (3rd stop). And most passengers from BNL would have an alternative to get to their bus stop. I.e. 179, 192/193, 242, 257

still ppl dont take it for the long distance. so what if it goes two directions. the one serving st 33 like all on 'T'. SBST has learnt their lesson. i know you wanna see DDs on 291 for self-gratification but yes, it just wouldnt happen anymore.

Unless you make S291 serve the Int just once, or like S222, a perfect townlink service to serve both sides of Bedok to the MRT, the S291 might get the chance to get DD. Don't worry, S291 DD front destos are still available in bndep, however, S18 is missing. There's still chances for DD to be deployed from bndep.

Both S243 LOs were on S-shift yesterday. SBS9113A appeared for both AM & PM S-shift, SBS9109M appeared only on PM S-shift.

IMO, feeders services deserve to have bendies instead of double decks… Look how successful SMRT is when you compare those Woodlands, Yishun and Choa Chu Kang feeder services that uses bendies… But for Services like 190, it’s better for Double Decks instead of bendies because more people have to stand for like say…. 30 mins to get from Orchard to Bt Panjang/CCK…

True. DD is more for long distance service whereas bendies is mostly for short trips like the feeders etc.

Seriously I dun see any need for bendies unless because of height constriant. They take up more road space though capacity is the same

actually both bendy and DDs got its advantages lah..

but Boon Lay Int's alighting berths.. always have DDs stuck, passengers taking their time alighting from the upper deck by the exit door only.. one person out at a time. cause the jams!! Laughing
