It is common to see certain services having such problems, as
the demand pattern varies for them. For example, Service 90.
Commuters come from various places like the MacPherson Industrial
area, Paya Lebar Airbase, ST Aerospace, etc, hence the time they
knock off varies. This causes fluctuation of loads at certain bus
stops, and hence the buses that come would be pretty full.
