actually u see service 858 which terminates at Yishun from
11+pm, also not called 858A rite? so SMRT could have said:
extending operation hours, but will terminate at Sun Plaza, instead
of giving it a totally new name. but anyway "new servce 859A"
sounds far more attractive that "extended operation hours for
service 859", so obviously second one gives better impression.
