Back then, there was no SAFPU and ALTC in CCK Way. Only 4 SAB and 21 SA. Converting 365 to inter-town and making it ply CCK Way outside the new army camps, looping @ CCk St 62 in the opposite direction of 307 would have improved connectivity. Unfortunately, this will not happen anymore.

At least 328 was extended to SER when HGN South closed down.

hey its been a long time since i checked out bus forums... and i cant find the thread anymore...

there was talk some time ago that SMRT is gonna purchase s'pore's 1st SD WA buses...

i havent heard anymore news for like over half a year... anyone care to enlighten on the buzz of that? has SMRT desided on the design and anybody has pics?

I'm quite pissed off with those SMRT bus drivers' attitude when I photographing SMRT Buses along public roads. There's one who kept flashing on his headlight and I managed to glance at him and he looked damned angry! What's wrong with photographing buses along public roads? Don't we bus fans got the right to photograph even on public roads? They behaved as if its their grandfathers' roads! WTH!!!

At least SBST had officially replied to me there's no restriction to us photographing buses along public roads.

You must understand the fact that , SL are also humans. They have attitudes and feelings. From what i know , SMRT SLs can have godly tight schedules . Whenever a human is under tremendous stress, he/she can display bad behavior . Not all SL i know shows attitude. Even SBST does have such incidents , not always SMRT.

Lolx... Don't forget my SBS 3600 A on Service 125 incident at St Mike... Driver even stop the bus (with passengers somemore) and walked towards me which is the opposite side of the 1 way road.. That's when I purposely ignore his yelling and horning (with my MP3 on...) Laughing

Anyway, nothing wrong with snapping photos at public roads, provided it's not within the vicinity of bus interchanges/terminals (exclude places like Tuas terminal..) Some drivers are just too over sensitive at we people snapping photos of their bus... They will ask questions like "why you taking photos of ME?" where our intention is only to snap the photo of the bus and not the driver itself.... Laughing

1st of all they find it weird if someone snapping bus photos.2nd they think you want to nitpick them by snapping their photos for complain etc..You should at least give a thumb up gesture to assure them nothing malicious is going on.I've feedbacks from several Wldep/Kjdep about similiar matter.

Anyway, I think 106 return trip should follow the old 864 route in Suntec area. No point plying Suntec City if it is going to terminate at MRC. Might as well make a loop or, if the powers that be insist on a terminating point, make it like 864 in the past.

nah. WL drivers don't actually care. I did that with 4 S.900 BCs, 3 S.901 BCs and 2 S.962 BCs. None really cared
