I can assure you. Even though there is this black sticker at the back of the vehicle, alot of the commercial vehicle are still able to travel above 60km/h. Take a ride down any of the expressway and you will get what i mean.

+1. lots of buses of faulty speed limiters. obviously i can't and won't name them, since it's actually illegal for public buses to be travelling above 60km/h. and lots of older buses don't have speed limiter installed, such as mk2, CRB, 0405, Nissan U31RCN etc.
