its more difficult to control and curb criminal activities in
bigger countries. imagine how many thousands of hectares of land
are forests, mountains, countrysides, etc. how can the authorities
afford to place policemen and stations almost every corner of the
country? with the population of people to income to land area, the
govt can afford a limited budget for internal security.
even in Australia, its a common daily affair for housebreak-in till
