let's not relate this to 54 to 131 nor 54 to 162 but 131 to 162
and vice versa.
when SBS 988B went in to 162, SBS 466R went OUT.
now for 131 to 166 and vice versa
when SBS 902Z went IN to 166, SBS 3831A went out.
this proves that its just mere coincidence. there's no pattern to
it.
