As far as I know, SBS9010M~9014C and SBS9016Y~9021G *and*
SBS9044R were perm on 143 since they were put on the roads-9020J
was the first one to be transferred out of 143 (around 1996 or
so-to 154)
SBS9015A was on 190 initially, but it was transferred to 143 when
190 received the VO3x in 1995 or 1996.
9122 and 9090 probably only came to 143 after 1997 (so SBS9044R
came to 143 quite a while before SBS9122Z and SBS9090G), as I was a
143 regular rider until then.
