In the 1st place, cash fares should be 10c premium of ez-link fares

Most of the ppl that still pay cash are the poor who can't even afford to top up $10 at 1 go

Besides, I heard from the news PTC will like to raise the yardstick for SBST and SMRT service standards in terms of waiting times from 15 mins to 10 mins during peak hours. Besides, they will implement a new rule that will fine both companies ranging from $100 onwards if they fail to adhere to the new standards set out by PTC within 2 yrs time.

Stupid SMRT. I suggest PTC set up a complain board. It will be full in no time.
