near the Mosque. Take Townlink 291 and alight opposite Block 827,
Tampines Avenue 4.
I recommend taking Service 72 if you are taking from Hougang Bus
Interchange. It will be much faster as compared to Service
27.

I think it's really confusing to tell him those T plate thing as
he's not a resident in Tampines. I strongly encourage if he take 27
to Tampines MRT and walk to the int, I am sure he knows how to
walk. If not, take 72 which is faster as mentioned above. Another
problem is, it's not easy to wait for a bus in Tampines Lib without
T sign. If unlucky, you have to wait up to 2 buses with T before a
bus without T sign.
