actually, the bus has those ramps means its wheel chair
friendly. that may in turn points to toa Payoh.. where theres more
physically handicapped people. so there may be a demand.
if we are talking about more old folks in some areas, IMO. since
166 goes to chinatown.. theres CT8 etc.
I daresay they wont deploy them on dedicated services!
