Well, B9TLs are the first double decks to have a proper CCTV
system as standard. Other buses with CCTVs like some Volvo B10M
Mark IVs(DM3500 and Strider) were modified with 6 cameras. B9TLs
have around 8 of them including a camera below the front bumper!

Some Merc 0.405s, 0.405Gs, Habits, DAFs and Scania L113CRLs have
CCTVs installed as well. Those CCTVs belongs to Prowler, a security
company.
