This svc was originally between Upp Changi Rd 13.3 km and Jurong
Interchange. The former was subsequently moved to new a premise, at
15.5 km, called Somapah Interchange.
Was extended from Somapah to Tampines Ave 5 Terminal in 1984.
Was extended to ply from Tampines Interchange when it opened in
1988.
Was shortened to ply from Tampines to Clementi when Jurong
Interchange closed.
Route was amended to ply:
- (Direction 1) Mountbatten Rd, Tg Katong Rd, Dunman Rd, Old
Airport Rd, Mountbatten Rd instead of serving the full stretch of
Mountbatten Rd.
- (Direction 2) Mountbatten Rd, Old Airport Rd, Dunman Rd, Tg
Katong Rd, Mountbatten Rd instead of serving the full stretch of
Mountbatten Rd.
Was further shortened to ply from Tampines to Kent Ridge.
