TWS4793 SG All services that pass by at least one school (secondary schools especially). Most of the time, I have to be sardines in the bus-being squashed like hell, or I have to painfully wait for another bus. I am carrying so many bags (and I have seven periods on Monday, which made my load even worse). This problem not only happens to my school. I've noticed that other schools suffer the same problem too.

Airbus330Captain SG Most of the svcs should improve their frequencies. Hopefully SMRT and SBST will buy additional buses to be deployed on crowded svcs that requires at least 2 SD buses at one time especially for those svcs that cannot use DD or bendy buses. Example svc 36 and 518. The idea of having 518A and 518B is absolutely rubbish. I have to wait for 45 minutes after missing the bus just before the next bus is 518B. Hopefully with new buses, SBST with BNdepot in particular deploy more buses on 518 during peak hours and please improve svc 12's frequency and upgrade svcs like 147 and 51 to full DD bus svcs.
