Its a tender, not an auction. SMRT is not putting any buses
under the hammer. They are inviting manufacturers to come forward
with a deal for 66 new buses. The best deal will be awarded the
contract. The tender has been closed but no one knows, except for
the upper management of SMRT, who won the contract, or if a
decision has even been reached for that matter. Also, it is up to
SMRT if they want to disclose the successful applicant or not.
