khk SG morning peak ppl will take 700 cos 190 damn crowded. 700 will have almost no seats at the interchange. yah 700 waiting time super long even during morning peak, n the part where it turns left at scgs all the way to scotts rd takes a much longer time (lots of traffic lights n super jialat newton circle) than 190 takes to ply stevens rd. 190 is a faster option
