The reason that buses are doing that it’s because the
OCC tells them to do so. Once a bus is full
and the fact that the driver is running very late, OCC will ask the Driver to take out destos and continue
the journey without picking up the passengers. By doing so, it will
then try to help the BC gain back soem time. This is why during the
IT Fair recently, many services like 518 133 36 70, who were
running late, were asked to remove destos. I hope this will
clarify.
