Recently, I took a 54. Then when the bus reach the Far East
Plaza Bus Stop, the EZ-Link reader was still () even though
the exit door opened already. Then a man tap his card. Of course,
as the EZ-link reader was still () , there was no sound. Only
when he alighted already, the EZ-link reader was ready. So the
reader gave out 5 beeps. This means that the man had to pay for the
trip all the way until New Bridge Rd Ter, just because the reader
was (-) , and not because he forgot to tap his card.
