Oh yeah the system's quite advanced, but for some got alot of
problems.
Once I took an NAC MKII 74. The reader was fine when I boarded the
bus. But halfway along the journey (at the french school) the whole
system kena lost contact with the HQ. So cannot tap when boarding
or alighting. So that time alighting pax. cannot tap, so kena
charged full fare; driver told the pax. to go Transitlink Office to
get a refund. While the boarding pax. are forced to pay cash, then
some no loose change must wait another 74. Then the bus at AMK hub
there suddenly the system can connect liao. So everything was back
to normal. A few complains from affected pax. though.
