about a bus that broke down, here's the full report.
Bus: SBS 0997A, Service

Location: Sims Avenue, bus stop after Geylang Lorong 21A.
Date and Time: 10 March 2006, 1837hrs at time of witness
Description:
1. SBS 0997A, dubbed the super long bus, broke down at Sims Avenue,
at a bus stop just after Geylang Lorong 21A. All passengers were
directed to alight from the bus.
2. A warning triangle sign was placed a few metres away from the
bus and the EDS had been switched off.
3. At time of witness, Sims Avenue was jam packed with vehicles.
This factor (the bus that brokedown) could be one of the factors
why the traffic was massive.
