iveco SG 182 had Darts? Didn't know SLBP had such buses. Anyway, a little off topic, where is their radiator mounted? I saw the UK Darts having a grille like the Mk III one.

stooper SG 182 also had 811D! But both the Darts and 811Ds didn't stay on 182 for long. Like only around 1 month like that. The Darts have the radiator mounted like the O405s, on the offside at the back.

Scania N113CRB luver SG Lol... maybe because they use the same aircon used by those 12m buses? Smaller bus body, but cooling capacity stays the same? Oh btw, the bodywork is similar to the MKIIIs, thus being given the name "Baby MKIII ".
alleggerita SG Yeah..i guess the cooling capacity of the air-con of the Dart is the same as the other SDs..thus it is much cooler inside..though i have nvr sat in one b4..one day i should..haha..it's cute though..with that small wheels..lol..really like a baby MkIII...

iveco SG Hmm, Darts have rear engines, but how come AC is also at the rear? Other rear-engined buses have AC in the front to balance out the weight.

iveco SG That's another story due to height constraints. I am referring to normal SD buses. All B10Ms have AC at rear because the engine is behind the front axle. The rest have AC units in front (even the Dennis Lances, I think). Box Hispano generation buses (as well as bendies) use underfloor AC, so that has been left out.
Scania N113CRB luver SG The only Hispano Mercs with roof top a/c units were the CAC mercs, altho TIB741C and TIB779U have underfloor a/c units. But it seems to me that underfloor a/c units are a tad noisier ... just take the Hispano and Habits for example...Volgren artics and Volgren mercs with rooftop units have low noise level.. even the CAC Merc with rooftop units have low a/c noise level as well. So maybe you might want to take a Volgren Mercs to have a clear recording of the O.405s? But underfloor a/c Hispanos aircon cooler leh. Volgren mercs and CAC Mercs can be hot during a hot afternoon.
