many years ago residents of Tampines complained that the feeder
buses has a long waiting time, not to mention being crowded, and
the feeder services does not link tampines enough.
hence, a "competitor", namely Comfort (that time havent merge)
start some feeder service.. 60 cents.
in the end still withdrawn 
theres also 2 niche services i know of.. from seletar hills to YCK
MRT ($1.40) and seletar to Shenton Way ($4)
