Hey guys, some of you may have your dream come true! A Hino Volgren on 176! Come to think of it, 176 might be the service that have the most kind of bus models on it, for e.g., all bendies except Volgren bendy, DAFs, Hinos, Nissans(in the past), O405s(hispano only).Btw anyone spotted any Hinos on 176?

Sry guys! I didn't get to notice the rego, i was at the opposite lane, and the bus just zoomed past! And i think it should be the Hino, cuz the rear axle isn't the same as the Volgren O405, the axle is similar to the Dennis Lances. Btw i would love to have Dennis Lances on 176! I would like to see them "zoom" along Corporation road! If only the UK ones are 245 engined ones, cuz they accelerate better! Mr. Green And guys, why is it that those bus coaches can speed faster than city buses?

cos they're made for it. the trade off is, speed faster but accelerate slower... Laughing

We might see a Hino on 176 & 184 as as these 2 buses used to have Daf buses formerly in the weekends , so now the Dafs are gone to serve 945 , the Hinos will take over their jobs.

the gears are diff from puplic buses right?? i mean they are tuned to low acceleration but higher speed cos they don stop often right??

Well , every sundays and PH we will be seeing some ’’nice nice’’ buses on Sv 176 , 184 etc , so its not rare to see DAF/Hino on 176 , 184.

its only recently (bet aug 06??) 176 gets hino and daf on sun/ph and 184 gets daf..

Hino are no longer on BB feeder...

DAFs are taking over... good...better suspension for 945 humps......

Agree , I'd rather the DAF serve BB Feeders especially 945. The Hino shld go on some trunk services.

hmm? I thought all of the Malaysia and UK built lances(TIBS regos) are on the 245 engine?
