It seems like it's part of someone's Photobucket album, and I did a search and found another picture of presumably the same bus from the rear. Don't bother looking for the registration, though - the picture is too small to be useful for that. However, it does show a rear-end advertisement, which could be a clue.

I think we should contact this keedum person (the owner of that Photobucket album) and ask him about it...

Most slbp mercs have black wheels, you can almost easily tell which bus is slbp and which is amdep.

Btw SLBP Merz DM have their wheel plates removed so far i noe that the wheel plate for 202K & 3908M werent removed , the rest are all removed. AMDEP & BRBP's Merz still have their wheelplates with them.
