Regarding CT28

m inclined to think that theres only 2 buses running CT28, and not four.. canm anyone verify?

yesterday took it from NBR. it departs at 1510 and reach clementi at 1532.

The 2nd bus, departs Clementi at ~1500 and reaches chinatown at 1515, for the next departing at 1540. since CT28 is a loop service
