MeOwSuSan SG Today !!! i wait at upp bukit timah for bus 961 from 825 am to 930am .... there no sign off it .... the bus missing for more than 1 hour what happen ?? i very late to work ... SMRT sevice is bad !!!
XiaoTaro SG This one ah, u cant do anything about it. Its called the "SMRT's World Class Transport System with World Class Frequency" Anyway u should call the feedback hotline and try talk to them.
MeOwSuSan SG you first time go upper bukit timah.... there where got cab ? if have i will not wait there for one hour for that bus.... you will never get a cab cab there unless you at lot one ...
MeOwSuSan SG raining ... i try to cut down going up and down the bus ... and 961 is my second bus on my way to my work place .... if i change again will be third one sian ...
SBS2798U SG Sometimes in this kinda situation, you must try to think quickly. Do I go on waiting the bus to arrive, or do I find another alternative route to get to my destination. Sometimes, a little flexibility is needed.
