some services with double deckers have very bad frequencies.
such as 14 (15mins), 196 (13mins), 10 (15mins), 89 (14mins) during
peak hours etc etc etc etc.
the DD has higher capacity to offset the long frequency.
also, sv14 has its FFW service 14e... always see many people
waiting for 14, but 14e comes, then they board it. one minute after
14e left, a sv14 DD comes, rather empty..
10, 14, 89, 196 all got FFW
