i think 198 has too many good buses, there shld b a redeployment
that sv.198 wld b taken over by soon lee and let go of some other
better svc that serve downtown like sv.30, 51, 97, 174, 197 and
502...
sv.198 doesnt serve main areas like shenton way, chinatown, marina
centre, bugis, orchard areas, habourfront (vivo city) areas
